How do I pay for my stuff?

We accept payment by credit card or paypal. We wish we could accept phone orders as we have in the past but unfortunately we simply can’t and now with our DigiCert safe ordering system, why would anyone want to? It’s easy and safer than going to the store in your own neighborhood.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes indeed we do, kind sir or lady. When you go through check out you will see all our international ordering options available to you. Please Note: Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Curious Inkling is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

 

What if I request shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO location?

That’s not a problem. Just be sure to choose Economy shipping in your shipping options during checkout.

 


What is your favorite color?

Blue…no, YEELLLLLLOOOOOOOO

 

 

What shipping methods do you use?

Our POD partners primarily utilize the United States Postal Service and UPS for almost all of our domestic shipping. Various other shippers may be used for international orders.

 

 

Why are you called Curious Inkling?

The name of our company was created because from the start, we set out to design shirts that “Tempted the inklings of a curious mind.”  You must keep that secret though as it’s well known that fat winged fairies will torture you at night with ropes of bland taffy if you repeat it.

 

 

What size shirt should I order?

Most of our shirts are cut to fit an average build. Some shirts are cut for tighter fit and others offer more breathing room. Please refer to the fitting guide during the checkout process to be sure you select the right fit for you. Each shirt style has been explained in detail so you can purchase with confidence.

 

What if I get the wrong shirt or am unhappy with what I get?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you aren’t absolutely in love with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt.

What if my package or product is damaged?

In case of damage or defect, please provide a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem), in an email to our POD partner. Simply visit our homepage, find the design you ordered, click on a product as you would normally to order and you will find the POD partner to contact. Curious Inkling does not take part in the shipping or handling of orders so it’s important to contact the POD partner who processed your order to expedite your service.

 

Do your shirts ever go
on sale?

Yes there is often one sale or
another on different designs
we create. Our POD partners
are the ones to thank for such
great sales and to see if some-
thing is on sale, all you have to
do is click on a product you wish
to order. Any sales will be auto-
matically applied to your order at checkout unless a code is requested, which will be made readily available to you.

 

 

What is the average airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

Can I make a change to my order?

If you make a mistake on your order and contact our POD partner before it ships, they can usually correct the problem. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of your order however so any changes have to be noticed and reported quickly.

 

 

Are you looking for new t-shirt models?

Absolutely! If you have one of our shirts and would like to be featured in our upcoming “Customer’s Photos” section, take at least three photos of you in our shirts and send them to curiousinkling@gmail.com. We will hold a drawing every month and the winner will get a free shirt of their choosing!
